Cancellation Policy

• 50% deposit is required on the day of the booking or when booking is confirmed
• If cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival no deposit fee will be charged
• If cancelled later than 30 days and up to 7 days 50% of the total stay will be charged
• If cancelled later than 7 days prior to arrival up to 100% can be charged
• In the unfortunate event of a no show, 100% will be charged on a confirmed booking
• Refunds on deposits are at the discretion of the management and are dependent on the
  ability to re‐sell the room.
