Bird-watching at Africa Safari Lodge is an all year round pleasure with excellent opportunities to view a wide range of beautiful bird species that have made Namibia’s landscapes their home.
The vegetation and surroundings found on Africa Safari Lodge have become home to a range of residential bird populations; however various migratory and predatory birds enhance the experience.
The 20 Private Chalets available at Africa Safari Lodge allows guests to start their bird-watching expedition from their patios after which one of our popular unguided walking trails can be followed.
We would like to encourage our guests to explore the natural habitat; however at the same time we would like to remind them that they are surrounded by 19 different game species and caution should always be taken which in the bushveld.
